Our 5-Step Screening Process .

Step 1 :
Online Registration :
The Domestic Worker applicant must go through our super rigorous online screening registration. Only if they are approved, they move to Step 2.
Step 2 :
Phone Screening:
Next, We hop on a call with the cleaner for more intense interrogation.
Step 3 :
Zoom Meeting
The interrogation isn’t over yet! We screen the potential cleaner in-person as well and run through our list of questions
Step 4 :
Orientation
If the Domestic Worker makes it through these 3 intense rounds, they move to the voluntary orientation phase.
Step 5 :
Background check
The last phase is to screen candidates and make sure your cleaner is background checked!
